Dai Thanh Aluminum Opens a New Factory Worth 350 Billion VND at Nhon Hoi Economic Zone

Dai Thanh Aluminum Company Limited was approved to build a factory producing aluminum and steel furniture with a capacity of 5,000 tons of products per year and a total investment of 350 billion VND.

The Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board has just approved the investment policy and approved the investor for Dai Thanh Aluminum Company Limited to implement the Dai Thanh Aluminum and Steel Furniture Factory Project.

The project produces office tables, chairs, and furniture made of aluminum and steel with a scale of 5,000 tons of products/year, implemented at Lot A4.05, A4.06, Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Area A), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Nhon Hoi Commune, Quy Nhon City, with an area of over 9.9 hectares.

The total investment capital of the project is 350 billion VND, of which the enterprise's own capital is 70 billion VND.

The project is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1, from Q4 2024 to Q4 2025, covers investment procedures, technical infrastructure, factory construction, auxiliary works and protective fences, putting the project into operation with a designed capacity of 2,000 tons of tables and chairs per year.

Phase 2, from Q1 2026 to Q4 2027, will complete construction of the remaining factories, warehouses and internal roads, bringing the whole project into operation with a total capacity of 5,000 tons of tables and chairs per year.

Dai Thanh Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established on November 18, 2024, headquartered at Lot A4.05, Nhon Hoi Industrial Park – Area A (the same location as the project), represented by Mr. Le Van Luong.

Mr. Le Van Luong is also the representative of two other enterprises: Dai Thanh Nhon Hoi Co., Ltd. and Dai Thanh Wood Technology Joint Stock Company (Dai Thanh Furniture).

Dai Thanh Furniture was established in 2005 and is the investor of the Wood Processing and Manufacturing Factory Project in Bui Thi Xuan Ward, Quy Nhon City, with an area of over 3.2 hectares and a scale of 10,000 m³ of refined wood per year. The project was approved on April 4, 2008 with a total investment of 30 billion VND, later increased to 32.45 billion VND on August 19, 2010.

Meanwhile, Dai Thanh Nhon Hoi Company Limited was newly established on November 13, 2024, at the same address as Dai Thanh Aluminum Company Limited, with its main business line being the production of beds, cabinets, tables and chairs.
